The Community Survey

The Community Survey, conducted via telephone, seeks residents' views and on the services the Council provides as well as residents' views of staff and Councillor performance.

It is important for the Council to know and understand how residents perceive Council service delivery and performance.  Assessment of resident satisfaction and importance ratings enables the Council to identify priorities for improvement and to bencmark performance over time.  The Community Survey results are playing a key role in Council's service planning.
