Upgrade works for Terrace Falls Road between Railway Parade and Baths Road, Hazelbrook, are scheduled to commence end of April, 2021.

The upgrade works, to improve safety and reduce ongoing maintenance costs, include removing the existing road surface; installation of kerb, gutter, and new road surface; minor service adjustments and minor drainage works.

During the work period, access to Terrace Falls Road via Railway Parade will be closed to vehicles. Terrace Falls Road will be accessible via Baths Road FOR RESIDENTS ONLY.

Traffic controls, including signage and barricades, will be in place during the work period. To ensure safety for residents and visitors, please adhere to traffic diversion signage while works are in progress.

There will be brief periods where Terrace Falls Road will be inaccessible to all vehicles. The contractor will give notice to residents when this occurs and will provide alternative parking arrangements.

The works will occur Monday to Friday, from 7am until 5pm. No works are currently scheduled for weekends or public holidays. Weather permitting, the works will take six to eight weeks, with work scheduled for completion by mid-June.

The works are being undertaken by North Shore Paving Co. Pty Ltd on behalf of Blue Mountains City Council.
