Applicants can apply to vary certain development standards:

Variations are supported where they demonstrate that the standard is unnecessary and unreasonable in the circumstances of the case and that the objectives of the standard, the zone and the broader city wide plan have been achieved.

Supported variations to development standards can be viewed below. The determination date of a development application generally determines the year it is published in the register. The register is updated at the end of each quarter.
