Blue Mountains City Council is deeply concerned by the COVID-19 outbreak and our thoughts are with those that have been impacted. 

Face to face customer service at Council’s Katoomba office will cease at the close of business on 25 March. Customer service will still be available to the community, via phone and email, as well as information available online.
