Council’s Customer Contact Centre at Katoomba (including Service NSW) is open for face to face service from 8.30am-4pm Monday – Friday.
Our Customer Service team is available via phone and email 5 days a week to help with customer queries and services - see contact details below.
The Springwood Customer Contact Centre remains closed at this stage.

Why isn’t the Springwood Customer Contact Centre opening?
We are resuming services in a phased way, to allow us to manage and monitor physical distancing and additional cleaning requirements, and to keep you and our staff safe. This requires additional staff on site while these restrictions are in place, which means we are not able to open all our face to face facilities at this stage.
