We have 13 public halls and centres available for use by residents and resident groups. The halls vary in size and vary in the facilities that are available.

COVID-19 UPDATE - 8 OCTOBER 2021

Community Halls are reopening from 18 October. Community groups will need to prepare COVID Safety Plans. Council will start taking bookings from 11 October.

Please read the latest information and how it relates to Council's facilities at www.bmcc.nsw.gov.au/COVID19-updates

Under the Public Health Orders you must have a COVID-19 Safety Plan to help you keep your attendees safe.  This plan is to be made available to Council if requested.  To access a guide and template go to www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/industry-guidelines/community-centres-and-halls

Signage installed in each Council community hall will specify the number of persons permitted within the facility.  Should you wish for a specific exemption from the requirements of the Public Health (COVID-19 Restrictions on Gathering and Movement) Order (No 3) 2020, then an exemption can be applied for at MOH-covid-massgatherings@health.nsw.gov.au.
