Please join Mark Greenhill OAM, Mayor, for breakfast on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
The purpose of this breakfast is to raise awareness and community consciousness that violence against women and children cannot be tolerated.
This is a partnership event, planned and coordinated by Blue Mountains City Council and the Blue Mountains Coalition Against Violence and Abuse (CAVA).
Through this event, we aim to increase awareness of the impact of domestic and family violence on women and children, and particularly to empower men to become role models and take action in the prevention of violence.

We host citizenship ceremonies approximately every three months which are presided over by the Mayor of the Blue Mountains.
Once a candidate is approved for Australian Citizenship, the Department of Home Affairs will send a letter to advise the candidate when they will be allocated to a ceremony.
All candidate application information and allocation to ceremony dates is managed by the Department of Home Affairs.
If you are invited to a ceremony and are unable to attend, you will be reallocated to another ceremony date by the Department of Home Affairs.
