Pictured is Saskia Everingham's Flora Sensa – an exhibition about flowers and feelings. It opens at Blue Mountains Botanic Garden, Mt Tomah on 13 April before moving to Braemar Gallery at Springwood (from 13 June) and Everglades Gardens at Leura (from 30 November). The exhibition features ten established women textile artists from the Greater Blue Mountains and how flowers play a leading role in moments of heightened emotions. Get more information

Lanterns on the Lake by Blue Mountains City of the Arts Trust grant partner for 2018/19 - Camille Walsh - is also coming up. This floating lantern festival is on at Wentworth Falls Lake on Saturday, 13 April, from 4 to 7pm. It will feature Spooky Men’s Chorale, Hands Heart & Feet, interactive art installations, poetry and opera. Eco-friendly lanterns will also be available for $5 each, from 4pm until sold out. Get more information
