Management Plan 2006/2007

This Management Plan has been developed as Year 3 of a four year Management Plan (2004-2008) and presents Council's formal response within available resources, to implement the community endorsed 25 Year City Vision and Map for Action (www.sustainablebluemountains.net.au).

Council's 2006/2007 Management Plan, incorporating the 2006/2007 Budget, Fees and Charges and Capital Works Program is prepared in two parts:

  • 2006-07 Management Plan - includes details of Council's strategic direction and principal activities and budget for the financial year as well information on Council's sustainability priorities, how Council's performance is being measured and how Council is organised
  • 2006-07 Detailed Financial Information - contains information about the Rates, Fees and Charges, Estimates (Budget) and Capital Works Program.
Monitoring Our Progress

Management Plan and Budget Reports are prepared at the end of each quarter. These Reports provide details on the Council’s progress in implementing the actions contained the Management Plan and how the Council is tracking financially. The Reports are prepared in two parts:

  • Quarterly Review – Management Plan including Capital Works
  • Quarterly Review - Budget

The Reports are available according to the following timeline.

  • Quarter 1 Reports (November 2006)
  • Quarter 2 Reports (February 2007)
  • Quarter 3 Reports (May 2007)
  • Quarter 4 (End of Year) Reports (August 2007)
