Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of a Restricted Master Key System

Quotes closing at 2:00pm Wednesday 9 December 2009 are invited for the Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of a Restricted Master Key System to manage security and access to Council Properties.
Quote documents can be downloaded from www.tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc ('Electronic Tender Box') for free of charge.
Quotes are required to comply with the Local Government (General) Regulations 2005 and the NSW Government Code of Procurement (issue 18 January 2005). Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any Quote submitted.
To assist with this project Council will make a range of stakeholders available for consultation along with details of the sites to be included in the system and floor plans for individual buildings and facilities where available. The consultation will take place at Council's headquarters located at 2 Civic Place Katoomba at 10:00am on 18 November 2009. Quoters proposing to attend the consultation should contact Council's contact officer at least two working days prior to the consultation time.
Quote must be lodged online using www.tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc ('Electronic Tender Box').
Quoters must provide:
- Electronic Response Form;
- Completed Quote Return Schedules; and
- Supporting documentation that the Quoter wishes to submit (if any).

If Quoters have any problem in accessing the Electronic Tender Box website or uploading a Quote they must contact the Electronic Tender Box Help Desk prior to Closing Time.
Quoters must allow sufficient time for quote lodgement, including time that may be required for any problem analysis and resolution prior to the Closing Time.
Quotes lodged through the Electronic Tender Box will be deemed to be authorised by the Quoter.
Quoters and members of the public are invited to attend the opening of submissions immediately after the closing time.
