    This document provides a history on the Suro-Ainaro District (the location of the Hatu Builico sub district). The document contains topographic, soil, climate and cultural information about this District.

  • Raising our Hands for our Development
    The Local Development Program (LDP) is a pilot program that is testing decentralisation models in order to establish a local governance system that is effective, transparent and responsive to community needs. In order to test different possibilities for decentralisation, the Ministry of State Administration and Territorial Management (MSATM) has already begun piloting two models of local government. This booklet will explain the two models.

    The seventh goal of the Timor Leste’s Millennium Development Goal (MDG) is to ensure environmental sustainability, targeting the integration of the principles of sustainable development into country policies and programmes, reversal of the loss of environmental resources, and halving the proportion of people without sustainable access to safe drinking water and basic sanitation by 2015. The above document presents the proposed agriculture project in Hatu Builico, Timor Leste.
