Administration and Ticketing Officer
(Permanent Part Time – 28 hours per week)

The Blue Mountains Theatre and Community Hub is the Premier theatre facility in the Blue Mountains. The successful applicant for this exciting position will have experience in ticketing within an art / theatre environment and excellent customer service skills. A dedication to working within a small team and an enthusiastic approach to problem solving will be key strengths.
Working alongside fellow team members, the successful applicant will manage ticketing systems, assist to coordinate bookings, liaise with stakeholders, administer business systems and assist in the efficient, effective and successful operations of this dynamic facility.
Together with an ability to build positive working relationships with a diversity of venue users, the Administration and Ticketing Officer will be a lateral thinker, capable of working across multiple tasks in a busy and motivated work environment.
Salary: commencing at $793.42 gross per week
