Blue Mountains City Council offers a range of waste management services.
Various waste service forms and applications, including the schedule and registration form for Earth Works courses are available to download at right.
Alternatively, contact Council on (02) 4780 5000 (upper Mountains), (02) 4723 5000 (lower Mountains) to have a form posted to you.
Which Form do I use?
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY (House, Flat, Villa etc)
Applications for:
- a New garbage and recycling service, to change the size of your garbage bin or apply for an additional garbage bin.
èPlease complete the Domestic Waste Collection Service Application Form (Red Form)
- a Replacement garbage or recycling bin, for a bin that has been lost, stolen or damaged. Or where a bin is not present on purchase of a property.
èPlease complete the Replacement Domestic Bin Form (Green Form)
NON-RATEABLE PROPERTY (Church, Hall, School etc)
Applications for:
- a New garbage and recycling service or to apply for an additional garbage bin.
èPlease complete a Non Rateable Property Waste Collection Service Application Form (Blue Form)
- a Replacement garbage or recycling bin, for a bin that has been lost, stolen or damaged. Or where a bin is not present on purchase of a property.
