Membership entitles you to borrow materials from any of the 6 branches of the Blue Mountains Library Service and Book Express. It also entitles you to free Internet access.
Membership is free to all residents of the Blue Mountains as well as non-residents who work or go to school in the Blue Mountains area.
Other non-residents may apply for reciprocal membeship if appropriate, or three months temporary membership which is subject to a fee.
Members must have their card with them to borrow or use the computers.
A fee applies for replacement of lost cards.
At this point in time, membership can only be applied for in person at a library branch and applicants must show proof of address.
