Echo Point Pay and Display Vouchers
Echo Point parking vouchers are available to all residents who live in the Blue Mountains Local Government Area. Only One (1) voucher per household can be issued. The vouchers are valid for one year and expire on 31 August each year.
To obtain a voucher you can attend Council's Customer Contact Centres at Katoomba (2 Civic Place) or Springwood (104 Macquarie Road - behind Council's Library) or alternatively any of Council's Library Branches at Blaxland, Springwood, Lawson, Wentworth Falls, Katoomba or Blackheath.
You will need to provide proof of residency such as a current drivers licence or any other documentary evidence. You may also have a voucher sent to your Blue Mountains address by telephoning (02) 4780 5482 and following the prompts.
