Highway Water Issues Working Group
The Highway Water Issues Working Group (HWIWG) has been formed so that local people with local knowledge and an interest in preserving the health or our natural water system can be involved in the process of minimising adverse impacts on the waterways and catchment areas in the Blue Mountains affected by highway upgrades.
The Group will act as a central point of communication between Blue Mountains City Council, key agencies and the Blue Mountains community with respect to protection of natural water systems.
