Development Consents (SEPP 1 Variations)
Register of supported development variations to a Local Environmental Plan.
A Local Environmental Plan standard can only be varied under the provisions of State Environmental Planning Policy No 1 (SEPP 1).
Variations are supported where they demonstrate that the standard is unnecessary and unreasonable in the circumstances of the case and that the objectives of the standard, the zone and the broader city wide plan have been achieved.
Council keeps a register of supported SEPP 1 variations on determined applications.
