The site includes plans and documentation submitted with a development application.  Submissions must be in writing and will be accepted up to the end date of the notification period. In determining an application Council officers form a decision based on the overall merits of the proposal. Submissions, referrals to other agencies and compliance with planning instruments are assessed. Issues considered cover both the natural and built environment and any social or economic impacts on the locality. *There are limited and specific public interest tests for and against disclosure. For further information see www.oic.nsw.gov.au
