A Fee Schedule Calculator is currently being developed, which will allow applicants to obtain an estimate of the applicable fee for your building. We hope to bring the Fee Schedule Calculator to this webpage soon.
Please note:
- Fee estimates obtained using the Fee Schedule Calculator are determined based on the information entered, including the current market value of the building work.
- The fee estimate obtained using the Calculator will be honoured as the applicable fee in the significant majority of cases. However, Blue Mountains Building Certifiers reserve the right to re-determine the applicable fee should the information entered be inaccurate or value of work not reflect the true current market value.
- All fee estimates obtained using the Calculator are based on the building work complying with the 'deemed to satisfy' provisions of the Building Code of Australia (BCA). For building work proposing an 'alternate' or 'performance' based solution to the BCA please contact our office directly.
- Fee estimates on Class 2-9 developments that have a current market value in excess of 100k or involving multi residential/villa type developments of more than 10 units can be obtained by contacting our office directly on (02) 4780 5714.
