Established in 2000, Blue Mountains Building Certifiers was formed as a Competitive Unit within the Blue Mountains City Council, set up to specifically cater for the needs of residents and builders/developers of the Blue Mountains Local Government Area.

Our experienced and professional staff provide a unique hands-on approach to all facets of building and construction.

  • Our staff are experienced and fully conversant with the entire building and development process from providing assistance during the initial stages of concept development and plan preparation, through to the development application, the issue of the construction certificate, critical stage inspections and issue of an occupation certificate.

The Team

The team has over 50 years combined experience as building surveyors in a range of Councils, and in the private sector as accredited certifiers, along with experience in the assessment and inspection of development and building projects.
