About Interactive Maps

The Interactive Maps are accessed by clicking on the VIEW INTERACTIVE MAPS option. Please read the following information for more details.

In this section:

Using Interactive Maps

The Interactive Maps are accessed via the VIEW INTERACTIVE MAPS option which takes you to a search page where you type in an address or parcel description and submit the search. A successful search will provide a list from which a selected parcel can be viewed on a map.

Once a parcel has been selected a default Locality Map will display with the selected parcel highlighted in the centre of the map view. Navigation options are provided to allow you to change the map display. You can also view information about the selected parcel by clicking on the "PARCEL INFO" button.

When interacting with the map view, please be aware that changing the map display by using any of the navigation tools will initiate a redraw of the map view which may take time to refresh. Avoid clicking on the map view or selecting another option from the drop down options until the map view is fully refreshed. In some instances errors may occur, in which case, you will be presented with an error page with options to continue with a complete new search or cancel.

The navigation option "Select a Parcel" enables you to choose and highlight an alternative parcel to the one you originally selected from the search result list. You can view information about this selected parcel by clicking on the "PARCEL INFO" button.
